日前,凌华推出了首款基于Ampere Altra系列处理器的SOM服务器模块。Ampere Altra是基于 ARM Neoverse N1 架构的SoC,提供多达80个64位内核,频率为 2.8GHz,TDP 仅为 175 瓦。非常适合高性能的边缘计算和云服务器应用,具有很高的性价比。

此款Ampere Altra模块支持大型专用内存缓存,板载6个独立内存通道,最高可支持高达768GB DDR4的系统内存,可提供充足的性能支持。SOM支持Ampere Altra系列处理器,可支持从32 到 80 个内核的扩展,可满足不同场景的性能需求。此款嵌入式系统板载3个 PCIe x16 Gen4 通道,可提供无缝加速异构架构,非常适合自动驾驶、人工智能、机器人手术、自动钻井控制和船舶管理等高算力需求的使用场景。专用 IPMB 和 PCIe x1 通道连接到远程管理 BMC 以及载体上的机架管理器,支持远程监控。
此款基于Ampere Altra的SOM嵌入式系统拥有接口拓展底板用于性能评估,方便客户进行产品定义,快速完成软件开发和硬件验证,加速项目落地。
